Terms of service & refund policy

What this service is

Where Will I Find Love? provides personalised readings based on astrocartography, tarot and Four Pillars (BaZi) for entertainment, self-reflection and personal exploration. Results are calculated from the data you provide using documented rules, then written up in plain language. They are not predictions, guarantees or scientific findings, and they are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

The paid report

“Your Love & Energy Map” is a one-time purchase of a personalised digital PDF. It is not a subscription and does not include ongoing consultations. Each report is reviewed by a person before delivery, typically within 24–48 hours.

Your information

Please enter accurate birth details. Results depend on them, and we cannot be responsible for reports based on incorrect information.

Refunds

• If we have not delivered your report within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If your report contains an error on our side (for example, a wrong name or a technical problem), contact us and we will correct and resend it.
• Because the report is a personalised digital product, we do not otherwise offer refunds after delivery, except where required by law.
• Purchases made on a marketplace (such as Etsy or Fiverr) are also subject to that marketplace's policies.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to obtain readings about another person without their consent.
